This month, we're going to give you some prompts to get you to focus on your goals and what you want out of 2022. Journaling is a great way to express your thoughts and feelings. Now’s the time to think about this last month. Take into account all that you’ve achieved and use your journal as a vehicle for progress. If you’re really struggling, couldn’t make sense of what happened during the last month or simply don’t feel like journaling – don’t force yourself. Breaking other goals down into manageable chunks is much more achievable. Don’t get dragged down in unproductivity; take the time to analyse anything that went wrong during your journaling period, learn from it and move on to bigger and better things!
